Ann Prewitt

With over 30 years of experience in Mississippi real estate, I began my career in 1994 and have built a proven legacy of brokerage leadership, production, and professional education. I founded Ann Prewitt & Associates in 1998 and expanded my company’s footprint to five offices across the State of Mississippi. In 2005, I became associated with Prudential Ann Prewitt Realty, which later transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Ann Prewitt Realty in 2015, where I remained through 2025. In 2025, I made the strategic decision to return to my independent brand, Ann Prewitt & Associates, continuing a long-standing commitment to client advocacy, integrity, and market excellence.

Throughout my career, I have served the state of Mississippi as a full-service real estate brokerage. We work Residential, Commercial, and Land. Having experienced being the local HUD listing broker for nine years, our team has strong compliance knowledge and consistent results in government-owned property sales. I have also instructed Broker-level courses through the Mississippi REALTORS® Institute for the past five years and was honored as Instructor of the Year in 2023 and 2024. I have Built and led a high-performing organization achieving Top Regional Producer recognition and exceeding 10,000 total closed transactions. My company has consistently produced top-performing REALTORS® in Mississippi, including one agent achieving up to 240 closed transactions in one year reflecting a culture of high standards, performance, and leadership to guide agents.
